Our client based in Wakefield has an upcoming requirement for a Finance Manager to oversee the finances of several group entities and lead a small finance team. Reporting to the directors, the Finance Manager will lead the finance function and take responsibility for accurate reporting and governance. The role combines oversight of day-to-day operations with involvement in broader planning, offering both strategic influence and hands-on engagement where required. Ultimately the view will be for the appointee to take on a larger role within the business and replace the retiring FD.
