CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER (CIO)

Position Summary

An exciting opportunity for a strategic and forward-thinking Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join a fast-paced, high-growth business operating at scale across the retail and services sector. This executive role will lead the development and execution of the company’s technology strategy, driving innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation across a multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and implement a future-ready IT roadmap aligned with business goals.

* Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
* Manage key technology partners and service providers to ensure quality and value.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and deliver technology-driven business opportunities.

* Proven success in designing and leading technology strategy across complex, multi-location retail or service environments, ensuring integration, scalability, and operational excellence.
* Thrives in fast-paced, founder-led or high-growth businesses, balancing long-term vision with hands-on execution.
* Strong track record in building and scaling enterprise data strategies, platforms, and governance frameworks.
* Skilled in developing, mentoring, and leading high-performing technology and data teams.
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving innovation, and building strong cross-functional relationships to align technology with business goals.
