Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Field Sales Manager to be based in the South of England.
The Field Sales Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing team of Account Managers across traditional (Pubs, Bars, Clubs) and non-traditional (White & Blue Collar Catering) on-trade. The role involves coaching, training, and managing the team to ensure consistent momentum in winning quality distribution and executing with excellence. Residency in the South of England is required, covering major cities such as Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Bournemouth, Exeter, and Plymouth.
Responsibilities include:
1. Living the Red Bull On Trade culture: Demonstrate passion for the On Trade, act as a Red Bull brand ambassador, and monitor image standards reflecting the brand's premium values.
2. Communication: Maintain fluent communication with team and Head of Field Sales, collaborate with other managers, and coordinate across various business units to implement strategy effectively.
3. Regional Strategy Management: Develop and execute regional business plans, identify new opportunities, and build relationships with key On Trade partners.
4. Administration: Manage regional On Trade budget, track activities, ensure report deadlines, and monitor competitor activity for growth opportunities.
5. Trade Marketing: Work with Trade Marketing to drive volume and brand image, ensuring proper product placement and messaging.
6. Training Facilitation: Recruit and assess candidates, conduct field training, and execute regional training plans to develop Account Managers' skills.
Required knowledge and skills:
* Proven success in sales with management experience, preferably in the On Trade beverage industry.
* Strong industry contacts and knowledge of the “scene”.
* Excellent analytical, planning, and financial skills.
* Deep understanding of markets, sales & distribution, and consumer behavior in FMCG.
* Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
* Valid UK driving license.
