Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process
* Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities
* Process payments accurately and maintain guest accounts
* Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area
* Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Skills
* Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests
* Excellent phone etiquette to handle calls professionally
* Previous hotel experience is an advantage but not essential
* Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
* A background in hospitality is beneficial, demonstrating an understanding of the industry standards
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
