Required for 3-6 months, Loughgall area Hours and Pay Mon - Fri : 8.30am - 5pm Pay :£13.46ph The Role This role offers a great opportunity to experience a fast-paced, supportive NPD team focused on delivering innovative, high-quality products for major retailers and food service customers. You will play a key role in supporting new product launches from concept to launch, ensuring all documentation, processes, and deadlines are met, while maintaining compliance with customer and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support across the NPD team, ensuring smooth delivery of new product projects. Liaise with internal departments to provide information to customers, answer queries and confirm details around products / orders / time frames Attend NPD meetings and taste panels, take minutes, and follow up on actions. Maintain and update critical paths to track project progress and key deadlines. Collate and format data for trial reports, and customer submissions. Ensure compliance with customer codes of practice, allergen regulations, and labelling policies. Act as a reliable team member with a flexible, proactive approach to problem-solving. Skills and Experience: Previous administrative experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is desirable. Strong IT skills - particularly MS Office Suite Ability to work under pressure, managing tasks and meeting deadlines Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with a wide range of people from various departments Passion for food and an interest in new product development.
