A leading Silver Circle law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate (2PQE+) to join their London team, known for advising on complex, high-value transactions across the London and wider UK market. The firm is recognised for its balanced blend of private capital and institutional work, its strong international client base and its long-standing reputation for handling sophisticated matters.
The Team
You will join a Real Estate group that operates across investment, development, financing, and asset management. The team advises a mix of domestic and international investors, private clients, developers, funds, family offices and corporates. Much of the work involves high-profile London assets, with a notable focus on prime commercial, mixed-use and residential schemes.
The practice also works closely with colleagues in tax, finance, private client, and corporate, offering a highly integrated approach to real estate across the full lifecycle of an asset.
The Work
The role offers the opportunity to handle:
* High-value investment acquisitions and disposals.
* Large-scale commercial development projects.
* Real estate aspects of corporate and private capital transactions.
* Complex leasing, asset management and multi-let portfolio work.
* Joint ventures, forward funding and structured real estate arrangements.
Work is consistently high-quality, varied, and partner-led, with Associates given autonomy and early responsibility supported by strong supervision.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 2PQE+ in Real Estate from a reputable City or international firm.
* Strong experience in investment, development and/or general commercial real estate.
* Confident managing transactions with multiple workstreams.
* Comfortable engaging directly with sophisticated clients, including funds, private capital and corporate investors.
