Summary

We are seeking an Office Manager to join our dedicated team at Michlmayrs. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding services and ensuring smooth office operations, contributing to our work.

Responsibilities

* Managing office operations.
* Handle all inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with other departments.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
* Implement policies and procedures.
* Support the Director in daily operational tasks.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in office operations.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent client service skills.
* Ability to work in a team.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred but not required

* Industry knowledge
* Experience with Xero

Working hours

* Tuesday-Friday - 8:30am-5pm
* Saturday - 9am-2pm
