As anHSSUCoordinator at ourhospital,you’llcombine basic computer literacy with strong organisation skills. From processing used surgical instruments for dispatch to receiving sterile surgical equipment and supporting our friendly theatre team –you’llmake sure everything runs smoothly.
As anHSSUCoordinator, you will:
1. Move and handle trays and items of various weights and sizes
2. Maintainaccuraterecords and keep documentation up to date
3. Dispose of contaminated wastein accordance withhospital policy
4. Regularly check that our equipment is in good working order and all faults are reported
5. Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
6. Take action to rectifyany problems and escalating issues where necessary
