* We are looking for a bilingual (Mandarin & English) HR Manager to lead and drive the people strategy of a growing organisation.

* This role reports directly to the Company Owner and acts as a strategic partner across all HR matters.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
* Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
* 制定并执行与公司业务目标一致的人力资源战略。
* Act as a trusted advisor to the Company Owner on all HR-related matters.
* 作为老板的人力资源顾问,提供全面的HR支持与建议。
* Support organisational design and workforce planning.
* 参与组织架构设计及人力规划。
* Lead recruitment for key and business-critical roles.
* 负责核心岗位及关键人才的招聘工作。
* Build and enhance employer branding to attract top talent.
* 打造和提升雇主品牌,吸引优秀人才。
* Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
* 设计并推动员工敬业度与企业文化项目。
* Manage employee relations including disciplinary and grievance cases.
* 处理员工关系问题,包括纪律处分与申诉流程。
* Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with UK employment law.
* 建立并完善符合英国劳动法的人力资源政策与流程。
* Design and implement learning and development programmes.
* 搭建并推动员工培训与发展体系。
* Develop salary structures and benefits frameworks.
* 设计薪酬结构及员工福利体系。
* Utilise HR systems and data analytics to support decision-making.
* 通过HR系统和数据分析支持管理决策。
* Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
* 兼顾战略规划与具体执行落地。
Candidate Profile 任职要求
* Minimum 6 years of HR experience with a strong generalist background.
* 6年以上人力资源相关经验,具备全面HR模块经验。
* Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
* 中英文流利(必须要求)。
* Experience in multinational or fast-paced commercial environments preferred (FMCG a plus).
* 有跨国公司或快节奏商业环境经验优先(FMCG背景加分)。
* Strong strategic thinking with the ability to be hands-on.
* 具备战略思维,同时能够亲力亲为。
* Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
* 熟悉英国劳动法。
* Proven experience in employee relations and organisational development.
* 具备员工关系及组织发展经验。
* Comfortable working in a founder-led business and reporting directly to senior leadership.
* 适应在创始人主导的公司环境中工作,并直接向高层汇报。
