Salary: £35,000 - £48,000(DOE)

Assess and approve vehicle repair estimates ( Audatex & in-house systems )
Handle total loss settlements
Support claims teams with technical expertise
Monitor and improve repairer performance
Ensure excellent customer service & manage expectations
What We Need - Vehicle Damage Assessor ?Estimator:
Experience in Vehicle Damage Assessment or Automotive Engineering
ATA VDA, IMI, IAEA, or AQP (or working towards them)
Knowledge of repair methods, valuations, & estimating
Proficiency with Audatex & Glassmatix
Strong communication & negotiation skills
