Regional Sales Consultant
Field-based | Permanent | Full-time (37.5 hrs)
Were looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Consultant to drive growth across the machine and device manufacturing sector.
This is a front-line sales role where youll own your territory, manage the full sales cycle, and work directly with senior decision-makers, engineers, and supply chain professionals. If you enjoy building relationships, winning business, and being accountable for results, this is a role with real scope.
The Role
1. Grow sales across your region by winning new business and developing existing accounts
2. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
3. Engage with customers and distributor partners to deliver tailored solutions
4. Build long-term relationships through expert advice and support
5. Execute strategic sales plans and consistently exceed targets
6. Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data
What Were Looking For
7. Proven sales experience in engineering, manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments
8. Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
9. Ability to build credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders
10. Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
11. Engineering or technical qualification (desirable, not essential)
12. Full UK driving licence (company car provided)
13. Passport for occasional European / international travel
