Production Assembly Operator
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent / Temp-to-Perm (edit as needed)
We are currently recruiting for a Production Assembly Operator to join our growing team at a busy spring manufacturing company based in Redditch. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, assembling and inspecting high-quality spring products for a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Assembling spring components and related products
* Operating basic production and assembly machinery
* Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
* Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
* Supporting the wider production team when required
What We’re Looking For
* Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not essential
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
