Qualifications
* Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
* Proven experience in ecological fieldwork and protected species surveys
* Holder of Natural England survey licences for at least two protected species
* Member (or working towards membership) of CIEEM
* Strong understanding of UK ecological legislation, policy, and best practice
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, organised, and team-focused, with strong mentoring abilities
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
Desirable
* EPS mitigation licence application experience
* Familiarity with GIS systems (e.g., ArcGIS)
* Previous experience in multi-disciplinary environmental projects
* Interest in business development and client relationship management
