Job Description
3. Provide professional and efficient reception services, including handling phone calls and managing visitors.
4. Carry out secretarial duties such as scheduling appointments and managing the diary.
5. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of office operations.
6. Assist in organising and planning events and meetings.
7. Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing post.
8. Maintain the reception area ensuring it is clean and presentable.
9. Handle confidential information with discretion.
10. Provide excellent customer service to clients, colleagues, and visitors.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
11. A professional qualification in secretarial or business support studies.
