Customer Service Specialist - Engineering – £32,000 to £36,000 + Bonus and Benefits
Melbreck Technical is partnering with a leading designer and manufacturer of specialist equipment based in North Devon (Ilfracombe).
Responsibilities
* Manage ticket process to support on‑time delivery of customer orders.
* Liaise with stakeholders and communicate all relevant activities related to managed accounts; Escalate as required.
* Ensure that strategic orders and travel packs are processed, and orders acknowledged quickly.
* Monitor strategic order progress and communicate to stakeholders.
* Provide reports on strategic order progress.
* Actively look for ways in which service to strategic accounts can be improved.

Benefits
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00‑4:30 and Friday 8:00‑2:00.
Salary: up to £36,000 per year, plus 10 % bonus.
