Job Title: CNC Machinist Setter Operator Shift: 3 Shifts rotation Location: Bath A great role with a fast-growing, established precision engineering business near Bristoll. They are looking for a skilled CNC machinist To set and operate defined machine resource producing a product portfolio to meet design criteria Key Responsibilities – CNC Machinist Setter Operator 1) To set (tooling and fixtures) and run (proven program) designated CNC resource, as defined in the work instruction, within a defined manufacturing process.2) As 1) however in liaison with Manufacturing Engineering program-prove, prove tooling package and thus the activity prove-out of new process activities 3) The ability to carry out a minimum level of minor/ basic editing of CNC programs. 4) As an output of 1), 2) and 3) submit a near net shape and quality part for first-off inspection.
