Contract Administrator
Location: Robertson House, Castle Business Park, Stirling FK9 4TZ
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 38.75 per week,
Contract: Permanent - Full time

Your new role
What you’ll do:
1. Check agreed rates have been applied
2. Raise Purchase Orders through our finance system for materials and other purchases.
3. Review invoice queries and work with Finance and Commercial Team
4. Communicate with our Engineers, Operations teams, and Subcontractors.
5. Process work-based paperwork and save documents against our systems.
6. Provide administration support to operational colleagues as required.
What you’ll need:
7. Proven work experience an Administrator and/or commercial experience in a similar role
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
9. Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations
10. Able to work effectively within a team and / or without supervision.
11. Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
12. Excellent attention to detail
Who we’re looking for:
The Contract Administrator will support our Scottish Fire and Rescue contract team.
The administration function will carry out the processing of Subcontractor Valuations and invoices which includes checking the cost and rates applied against agreed terms, updating costs onto Task on Concept, raising purchase order, processing invoice to Accounts will include liaising with Contractors & is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced and prestigious contract.
