Kennedy Recruitment is working exclusively with a large Solicitors firm based in Belfast City Centre, looking to add a process-driven administrator to their team.
Your Duties:
1. Accurate Data Input: Perform extensive and precise data entry tasks, ensuring all information is correctly entered into the firm's internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
2. Adherence to Protocols: Follow established procedures and protocols meticulously, ensuring compliance with the firm's data management policies and legal standards.
3. Time Management: Manage time effectively to handle a large volume of data entry.
4. Opening New Litigation Files: Open new litigation files based on handwritten instructions provided by solicitors, requiring attention to detail to interpret and transcribe instructions accurately.
5. Support and Assistance: Provide administrative support to solicitors and senior management, assisting with queries or additional tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Your Profile:
* Experience: Demonstrated experience in administrative roles within a professional environment, preferably within the legal sector.
* Organisation Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritising deadlines.
* Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all administrative duties, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in using various data entry software and systems. Familiarity with legal case management systems is an advantage.
* Teamwork and Process Adherence: Ability to work as part of a team and follow written processes.
Your Benefits:
* £12.65 per hour

* Full-time, temporary role, 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday
