About the role
* Assist the Centre Manager in the operation and daily running of the depot.
* Support the team in the workshop (mechanically).
* Play a key part in meeting Centre targets including key performance indicators.
* Oversee the maintenance of stock values within the centre.
* Offer and deliver excellent customer service.
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with Company policies and procedures.
About you
* Technical or mechanical background/knowledge.
* Ability to support technicians in the workshop if required.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to coach and mentor the team.
* Previous experience leading a team.
* High level of understanding of car technology.
* Working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety requirements.
* Experience of account management.
* Commercial awareness to maximize business opportunities.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
