NTT DATA UK seeks a delivery-focused Java Developer to join our expanding team, working from our London offices. The role requires on-site presence in London for two/ three days per week, providing an excellent opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders in a dynamic, hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Java (Java 8) applications using Spring Boot. - Design and implement Microservices-based architectures. - Build and expose RESTful APIs. - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. - Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications. - Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. - Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams. What experience youll bring: Experience & Qualifications: - Several years of Java development experience: Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA/Hibernate - Microservices Architecture & Design Patterns - REST APIs - CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions - DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes - Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP - Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB - Version Control: Git - Messaging: Kafka / RabbitMQ (good to have) - Security: OAuth2, JWT (good to have) Experience & Qualifications: - Experience with DevOps & CI/CD automation - Experience in Agile/Scrum environment These roles are hybrid – 2-3 days onsite in Canary Wharf will be expected.
