Main duties of the job The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Practice Audit and Clinical Effectiveness (PACE) manager in implementing the Trust’s Clinical Effectiveness and Social Care Strategy. Key Responsibilities Leadership • Promote effective Clinical Effectiveness of services through providing effective leadership of projects and delivery of a structured, goal-oriented approach • Provide review, analysis and fresh thinking to identify priorities along with promoting a culture of continuous improvement. • Support senior managers in delivering improved performance and high-quality services in line with the Trust’s Strategic Goals and ensure that quality is an integral element of all aspects of its work. • To work with the PACE Manager and deliver trust compliance with the Effectiveness domains of CQC standards.
