Spire Parkway Hospital is actively seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join its bank within the outpatient Physiotherapy team. This position is ideal for individuals interested in specialising in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Main Duties
As a bank Outpatient Physiotherapist, your role will involve performing individual assessments and overseeing a diverse range of patient cases. You will dedicate sufficient time to each patient, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care.
* The position entails providing a high standard of assessment and treatment for our outpatient department.
* You will manage a varied outpatient caseload.
* Hold your own caseload and be responsible for a defined area of the service, working without direct supervision.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interactions with patients, consultants, and colleagues.
* Effective time management and problem‑solving abilities.
Qualifications
* BSc Hons or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
* HCPC Registration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop good working relationships.
* Demonstrate solid clinical reasoning skills and evidence‑based practice.
* Computer literate with excellent organisational and time management skills and an acute attention to detail.
Working Pattern
Weekday availability essential. To cover 8am-8pm Mon‑Fri and potentially Sat mornings.
