We’re looking for nurturing, resilient, and proactive individuals to work on a temporary to permanent basis at a school in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for those with an interest in behaviour support, dysregulation, and trauma-informed practices, and who are ready to make a meaningful difference—one relationship at a time.
The Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
* Help manage challenging behaviour with empathy and consistency
* Build trusting relationships with pupils who may have experienced trauma
* Support the class team in creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
What You Need to Know:
* Full-day shifts only: 08:30 – 16:30
* Work available Monday to Friday, term time only
* Opportunities for longer-term placements for the right candidates
Who You Are:
* Calm, compassionate, and emotionally intelligent
* Genuinely interested in SEMH, trauma-informed approaches, and inclusive education
* Able to stay grounded and positive in the face of challenging behaviour
