Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cambridge for Director of Operations and Student Success. The responsibilities include day-to-day engagement with schools, partners, parents and students, designing customised education plans, liaising with educational institutions, and managing study tours, leadership programs, and student placements. The role also involves business development, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with the team, and ensuring smooth execution of educational programmes
Qualifications
* Knowledge and expertise in student recruitment, education planning, or consultancy
* Strong skills in communication, relationship-building, and client management
* Ability to conduct market research and develop tailored educational strategies
* Proficiency in managing events or programs such as study tours and young leadership training
* Experience in working with international markets, particularly the Asian region, is a plus
* Proficient English language skills, both written and verbal
* A background in education or consultancy with a related degree is highly desirable
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
