As a key part of our Senior Leadership Team, we are seeking an innovative, strategic, and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and drive growth across multiple revenue streams.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy across digital, print, PR, email, social, and display channels.
* Drive lead generation and maximize ROI through targeted campaigns.
* Oversee marketing activities for key revenue areas: holiday bookings, holiday home sales, and on-site operations.
* Lead a data-driven approach to customer engagement, segmentation, and performance tracking.
* Enhance the company's digital presence, including website, app, and automation tools.
* Manage brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
* Collaborate with external agencies, tourism bodies, and media partners.
* Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing marketing team.
* Contribute to the Senior Leadership Team to shape overall business strategy.
About You:
* Minimum 3 years of senior marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
* Strong digital marketing revenue experience.
* Proven success in leading multi-channel marketing strategies across various revenue streams.
* Leadership skills with experience managing teams.
* Proficiency in e-commerce, digital tools, automation, and analytics platforms.
* Strategic, financially aware, and commercially minded.
* Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
* Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Working Hours:
40 hours/week, with flexibility for additional hours including weekends and holidays. On-site role with potential for one day remote work.
