About the Role
Our operation runs 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns. Flexibility is key, including late and weekend shifts, which are required for this role. We will work with you to accommodate your shift preferences.
Our warehouses stock a wide range of products, from clothing and household items to food and frozen goods. Our warehouse teams are essential in ensuring these products reach our stores efficiently. Your role will involve picking, organizing, and preparing stock for delivery, using equipment safely (full training provided).
This role includes the opportunity to complete a Level 2 warehouse operative apprenticeship, supported by our provider Babcock and your line manager. The apprenticeship lasts 12 months, during which you must pass functional Maths and English tests unless exempted.
About You
You are friendly, eager to learn, and work well in a team. You are committed to high standards, accuracy, and efficiency. Your goal is to ensure stores receive the right stock on time, maintaining product availability for customers. You are willing to undertake the 12-month Level 2 apprenticeship.
