£34.04 Or £30.39 Per Hour (depending On Qualifications)

We are looking for inspirational and confident lecturers who are passionate about the plastering trade, have good practical teaching skills and are able to inspire our learners to achieve.
Responsibilities
* Teach plastering students in practical and theory classes.
* Deliver plastering skills to a range of students taking vocational qualifications.
* Manage groups of varied sizes within the department, teaching Level 1, 2 and 3 apprentices, study programme and adult students.
* Communicate, motivate and understand the needs of young learners.
* Have a good knowledge of learning disabilities and/or difficulties is desirable.
Qualifications
* Relevant industry experience in the plastering trade area.
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3.
