Job Description

We are representing a fast-growing cybersecurity services provider looking to hire an experienced BDR into a 360 sales role.

This is a full-cycle sales position where you will take ownership from outbound prospecting through to closing deals, working in a high-growth, technically focused environment. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline, engaging senior decision-makers, and driving new business revenue with the support of the senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
* Generate new business opportunities through outbound activity, an opportunity to get creative!
* Manage inbound and outbound leads through qualification and conversion
* Run discovery calls and present service offerings to prospective clients
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using HubSpot
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Work closely with marketing to support campaigns and lead generation activity
* Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue performance
* Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

Experience

* 2+ years’ experience in a BDR, SDR, or 360 sales role
* Proven exposure to managing or contributing to the full sales cycle
* Experience within technology, SaaS, IT services, or cybersecurity is highly desirable

Skills & Attributes

* Strong commercial awareness with a drive to generate revenue
* Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
* Ability to run discovery conversations and handle objections
* Highly self-motivated and target-driven
* Strong organisational and pipeline management skills
* Resilient, proactive, and hungry to succeed in a fast-paced environment

What’s on Offer

* £30,000 - £35,000 base salary + uncapped commission
* Hybrid working (2 days per week in Leeds or Newcastle office)
