Your new role
You will support the admin and helpdesk team and support the service desk team leader, senior operations manager (soft services) and senior operations manager (hard services), undertaking tasks as required within role competencies.
What you\'ll need to succeed
An ideal candidate must have previous experience in Building Services/Facilities Management and must be a British national who is capable of achieving DV clearance. Also, previous experience in building services/facilities management, previous experience of working with Maximo and SAP is beneficial, previous experience of working within a helpdesk/service desk type role is beneficial and ITQ qualifications or other recognised qualifications are relevant to the role.
