The Role:
We are looking for an inspiring and motivated SEN Teacher who is committed to supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including SEMH, ASC, and MLD. The successful candidate will teach small groups of students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering personalised learning that encourages academic progress and emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver differentiated and inclusive lessons to students with a variety of SEN needs
* Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment
* Work collaboratively with the SENCO, support staff, and wider school team
* Monitor student progress and implement targeted interventions
* Contribute to the wider life of the school community
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be a qualified teacher with QTS or QTLS
* Have proven experience working with students with special educational needs
* Demonstrate a passion for inclusive education and student development
* Be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Be committed to long-term impact and professional growth
