As a Supply Teacher your role includes:
1. Building rapport with students
2. Demonstrating sound knowledge of the curriculum
3. Effectively delivering lesson plans to meet the needs of all students
4. Support students with 1:1, group work, and/ or progress plans
5. Following the schools' behaviour and safeguarding policies
6. Report progression back to the class teacher
To be successful as a Teacher, you must:
7. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
8. Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad Education)
9. Hold eligibility to work in the UK
10. Have a minimum of 6 weeks experience teaching Key Stage 1/ Key Stage 2.
11. Have a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
12. Have excellent communication skills
13. Have strong classroom and behaviour management
14. Have a passion for teaching!
