About the Role
As a Contract Administrator at FCC Environment, you will provide efficient clerical and administrative support to a designated team. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, supporting team operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This is a part-time position, working five days per week.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform data extraction, photocopying, filing, typing, and other clerical tasks
* Manage and respond to daily emails
* Maintain accurate and timely records
* Assist with stock ordering and maintenance
* Support report collation
* Ensure filing systems comply with policies
* Provide flexible support across departments
* Maintain confidentiality at all times
* Update data entry sheets and ensure accuracy
Candidate Requirements
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive, flexible, and supportive attitude
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
* Reliable, honest, and confident personality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; full training provided
