As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in implementing and managing various projects aimed at improving the well-being and quality of life for those we serve. We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualities: Experience working with young people with complex needs. Direct client interaction experience. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Excellent communication abilities, teamwork mindset, and willingness to work unsociable hours.
