The Role
This position offers a broad and varied workload, providing strong exposure across both professional and project led instructions. You will be involved in a wide range of Building Surveying services, including:
* Pre-acquisition surveys and technical due diligence
* Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations
* Building inspections and defect analysis
* Party Wall matters
* Pathology and disrepair investigations
* Contract administration
* Refurbishment and maintenance projects
* General professional advisory work
