Children's Support Worker (Waking Nights) Driver – Community Integrated Care

ARC HD Services Ltd is part of Community Integrated Care and is a specialist care provider that delivers residential care and 1:1 support for young people aged 9-18 who face significant social, emotional, and mental health difficulties, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, eating disorders, and trauma-related behavioural challenges.

We operate four children’s homes, each designed to support up to three young people. The homes are described as warm, welcoming, and homely, with a strong emphasis on individualised, child-centred care. Each young person has their own bedroom, bathroom, and lounge, alongside communal areas for meals and social interaction. We are currently looking for a dedicated, caring Waking Night Support Worker to join our team near Romsey in Wiltshire on a full time permanent contract supporting the next generation of stars to live the best life possible.

The Home

The home is a calm, homely, and therapeutic bungalow supporting up to three young people aged 9-18. We specialise in helping children and adolescents facing mental health challenges including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, eating disorders, emotional and behavioural difficulties, and significant childhood trauma.

About The Home

* A spacious bungalow with private bedrooms, bathrooms, and lounges for each young person.
* A large communal lounge and dining room for shared meals and connection.
* A private back garden with a summer house and outdoor seating.
* Surrounded by rustic walks and nature, ideal for those who love the outdoors.


About The Role

* You’ll work 1:1 with young people during each shift.
* Successful candidates will work alongside an experienced Registered Manager and within a staff team guided by a skilled mental health nurse and a child and adolescent psychiatrist. The home operates a 4 nights on and 4 nights off rota system and this particular role is a part time role (e.g., 3 nights on and 5 nights off). Note: salary shown is for a full-time role and will be pro-rata for a part-time role.
* Staff Rota - x2 10 hour waking nights followed by 6 off (other rota patterns available).
* You’ll receive specialist training in attachment theories, trauma-informed practice, and other relevant areas.

Successful applicants will have a full driving license for a manual car and be happy to complete an enhanced DBS check.
