Job Description
Supporting the Marketing Delivery team to execute our prime and promo activity across our channels. This role collaborates with multiple stakeholders, working in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for briefing and delivering marketing activity to teams across the business including content management, CRM, paid media and digital trade. Additional projects within your remit may also include the management of paid social assets, affiliate banners as well as coordinating requirements for multivariate testing and geo-targeted content.
You must have exceptional attention to detail, experience in delivering a high volume of projects at one time and be able to work to a rigorous process. We’re looking for someone who has exceptional attention to detail, competent with changes, and can communicate well. This role is for someone who is passionate about being closer to the retail and trading elements of the role, vs an individual who is looking to deliver brand, creative campaigns.
The Details
1. Work closely with the Marketing Delivery Manager to support the daily coordination omni-channel trade marketing activity, including but not limited to:, terms and conditions, code management and asset delivery and ensuring all content is delivered to brief.
2. Ownership of our Newness + Prime content: briefing effectively to convey objectives and align departments, managing assets and co-ordination of sign-off’s to ensure content is consumer-centric and up to date with the latest trends.
3. Working with external agencies to support the execution of localised websites, translations and partnerships.
4. Multi device testing and checking of digital content, including supporting out of office hour refreshes of content where required. You will be encouraged to take flexible working to accommodate this.
5. Reacting to changing business needs and quickly communicating to all stakeholders clearly and effectively
6. Technical knowledge and set-up of all types of promotional codes
7. Inputting into discussions to constantly improve planning and processes required to deliver trade activity. This is required at every level of the team, and input recommendations into the Senior team members will help provide a rounded view of what improvements.
8. Supporting on campaigns with project documents and asset lists, as well as reporting on the performance of activity to inform strategies and decision making.

Qualifications
About You
10. Experienced in delivering high volumes of assets within digital marketing channels and projects.
11. Highly organised, with strong project management skills and able to use initiative to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
12. Keen attention to detail with excellent written and communication skills
13. Tech savvy, proficient with using digital applications including Microsoft suite, Workfront, (or similar project management systems) and CMS’ would be beneficial.
14. Flexible, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
15. An interest in fashion, trends and pop culture our 20-something audience love.
