Job Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of software engineers. Technical Strategy & Architecture: Set and execute the technical vision for Cash Management systems. Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, resilient Java / Spring Boot applications. Ensure best practices in software engineering, architecture, and DevOps. Strategic Influence & Communication: Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals. Communicate complex technical concepts and business impacts clearly and persuasively. Influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus on strategic initiatives. Operational Excellence: Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of systems processing millions of transactions daily. Drive the extraction and delivery of business intelligence from real-time data streams. Monitor and optimize system performance, proactively addressing issues. Required Qualifications Proven experience leading software engineering teams, ideally in financial services or high-volume transaction environments. Strong technical background in Java and Spring Boot, with hands-on experience architecting and building scalable systems. Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and influence others. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with data streaming, business intelligence, and real-time analytics is highly desirable. Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, and modern DevOps practices. Familiarity with predictive algorithms and data science concepts. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive change.
