Science Teacher
Location: Tadcaster
Salary: £32,916 – £51,048 per annum
Start Date: February 2026
GSL Education are looking to appoint a dynamic Science Teacher for a secondary school in Tadcaster starting February 2026. The successful candidate will deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Responsibilities:
* Teach general Science, with specialism in Biology, Chemistry or Physics
* Plan and deliver well-structured lessons
* Use assessment effectively to inform teaching
* Promote high standards of behaviour and achievement
* Support pupils of varying abilities
Requirements:
* QTS or equivalent
* Experience teaching secondary Science
* Strong curriculum knowledge
* Ability to motivate and engage learners
* A proactive and professional approach
