Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruiting and be adept at utilizing various platforms and tools to attract top talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a strategic mindset to enhance our recruitment processes. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This Role is responsible for staffing a portfolio of candidates for multiple roles and locations.
Duties
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Utilize Breezy platform for organization of candidates, postings and assessments
* Conduct pre interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and facilitate the selection process.
* Manage social media channels for employer branding and lead generation.
* Collaborate with Executives, Office Manager, HR Manager and District Managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
* Negotiate offers with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies.
* Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
* Provide training and support to team members on best practices in recruiting.
* Conduct background requirements, including employment and education verification
* Ensure compliance with HR paperwork and documentation requirements.
* Assist with day one onboarding process
* Assist with projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition of 500+ candidates a year
* Minimum of 3 years experience in hiring and recruiting.
* Experience with BreezyHR is a plus.
* Strong understanding of social media management for recruitment purposes.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
* Background in HR is a plus.
* Bilingual is a plus (Spanish preferred)
* Ability to negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations professionally.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* A proactive approach to lead generation and talent sourcing.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
