Responsibilities
* Installing, programming, and maintaining two‑way radio systems
* Vehicle‑based radio installations
* Fault finding, diagnostics, and maintenance visits at customer sites
* Supporting and maintaining radio infrastructure equipment
* Working closely with customers on‑site to resolve issues
* Assisting with system upgrades and improvements
* Work site‑based with UK client travel
Required Experience
* Candidates with around 75% of the below are encouraged to apply:
o Hands‑on radio engineering experience
o Experience with Motorola and/or Hytera systems
o Installation and maintenance of radios in vehicles
Preferred Experience
* Motorola CAP, Max, or Tier 3 experience
* Training & Development:
o Full on‑the‑job training provided
o Manufacturer‑led training courses
o Hands‑on mentoring from a senior engineer during onboarding
o Clear opportunity to grow technical capability over time
o Certifications: IPAF, PASMA, Safety Passport, MOTORBO
Technology Environment
* Two‑way radio systems (primarily Motorola / Hytera)
* Promotively Radio platforms
* Some exposure to IT and networking environments

* First stage: Online interview
* Second stage: On‑site interview (background, skillset, and potentially a short technical discussion/test)
