Role Responsibilities:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Support the learning, development, and well-being of children aged 0–5, following the EYFS framework
Plan, deliver, and participate in stimulating activities that promote curiosity and learning
Create a warm, nurturing environment that supports early years development
Maintain safeguarding procedures and ensure the safety of every child in your care
Build positive, professional relationships with children, families, and fellow Early Years Practitioners
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with early years standards
Contribute to the overall success and teamwork of the early years setting
Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification as an Early Years Practitioner or in Early Years/Childcare
Prior experience working as an Early Years Practitioner in a nursery or childcare environment
Strong understanding of the EYFS and early years best practice
A caring, motivated, and proactive attitude
Ability to adapt quickly in various early years settings, especially for short-term placements
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
