* Advising on a broad range of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, inheritance tax planning, and powers of attorney
* Managing a varied caseload, including complex and high-net-worth estates
* Drafting wills and trust documents, and advising on succession planning and charitable giving
* Handling probate applications and overseeing the full estate administration process
* Advising on the creation and management of trusts, including related tax issues
* Providing guidance on elderly client matters and mental capacity issues
* Delivering an exceptional standard of client care and building long-term relationships
* Supporting junior team members and collaborating effectively with colleagues
* Actively contributing to business development and the team's ongoing success
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' experience in private client work
