Job Description:
Ashton Recruitment requires a Complementary Therapy Programme Co-ordinator for our client, Relatives for Justice. This position is funded by Victims & Survivors Services. The role is based in Belfast with a permanent contract, offering £26,692 per annum for a 30-hour workweek.
The coordinator will oversee and deliver complementary therapies across RFJs support centres and online, aimed at victims and survivors of conflict. The role includes promoting healthy lifestyles and coping mechanisms, providing training and supervision to sessional therapists, and ensuring professional standards are maintained.
Key duties include:
* Coordinating Complementary Therapy Services for RFJ members
* Procurement of therapists
* Supervision of therapy sessions
* Ensuring governance and data protection compliance
* Maintaining a safe and professional environment
* Reviewing and implementing policies for therapies
* Managing data systems like MYMOPS and Salesforce
* Developing referral systems
* Collaborating with RFJ staff
* Providing reports and monitoring data
* Producing informational materials
* Maintaining records legally and securely
* Performing additional duties as required
Essential criteria include relevant qualifications and experience in trauma-related therapies, project management, understanding of conflict legacy in Ireland, trauma impacts, holistic support delivery, research and reporting skills, CRM system experience, NGO governance knowledge, gender harms understanding, CPD in trauma, excellent communication skills, and ability to travel.
