We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic eCommerce Executive to join our growing, fast-paced eCommerce Division at our Head Office in Halesowen.


About The Role

This varied position oversees the functionality, user experience, and performance of the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring websites are optimized for B2B and B2C sales. Daily tasks may include setting up online customer catalogues, leading projects, or applying your developer skills.

You will support our 50+ branches across the UK with customer setup and web-based solutions, and lead customer demos as needed. Collaboration with developers will ensure the platform remains secure, fast, and user-friendly. We will help you develop knowledge of internal systems, especially our eCommerce platform and MDM system.

What we’re looking for

* Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Netalogue, Magento, Shopware, or similar.
* Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing strategies including social media and email marketing.
* Understanding of web development skills like SQL, HTML, CSS, JS.
* Experience managing Punchout catalogues and procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Oracle, or similar is desirable.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for email and chat support.

The recruitment process

Applications close on Sunday 20th July (extensions possible). Shortlisted candidates will have a Teams interview with our Talent Acquisition Partner. Interviews will be held w/c 28th July at our Halesowen offices. Candidates should prepare for a 1-hour interview focused on skills, knowledge, experience, and motivation. An additional interview stage may be conducted.
