Teaching Personnel partners with welcoming secondary schools across Cardiff who are seeking enthusiastic, adaptable individuals to work as Cover Supervisors and Sports Support Assistants. Key Responsibilities Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, DT, Art, Computing, and MFL. Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, maintaining focus and positive behaviour. Support PE lessons, extracurricular activities, and after-school sports clubs. Create inclusive, engaging learning environments that support diverse learners. Build strong professional relationships with students, teachers, and school staff. Minimum requirement: degree-level education or currently studying towards a degree.
