Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor on a major earthworks & civils project in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a 12-month+ contract with highly competitive rates.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Managing every aspect of large bulk earthworks package.
*
Managing earthworks design.
*
Managing medium size team of engineers.
*
Checking machine control.
*
Liaising with subcontractors, site supervisors, and project management teams
*
Client Liaison.
Requirements:
*
3+ years proven experience as a Site Agent on earthworks/civils schemes.
*
Proficient with Trimble Business centre, LSS & good knowledge of Trimble GPS.
*
Strong understanding of civil engineering specifications and site procedures.
*
The right candidate must come from an engineering background.
*
CSCS card (essential)
*
SMSTS / SSSTS
