JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for negotiating returns for all Corporate Inventory levels, including both Saleable (slow-moving, discontinued, overstock) and Non-saleable (NSP). The role involves selecting criteria and reconciling RTV (Return to Vendor) items, making inventory adjustments, coordinating with Business Partners, and managing documentation. Once agreements are reached, the incumbent processes packing, documentation, and shipping of products back to the Business Partner. Additional responsibilities include verifying item details, establishing monthly returns processes with vendors, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and reporting on product and vendor data. The position also handles incoming Free Goods from Field Sales Consultants.
