We are looking for Administrators to join our Remortgage Team in Stockport.

Duties will include:
* Processing incoming post, emails and faxes.
* Accurately entering data onto a case management system.
* Verifying client identification.
* Liaising with third parties including lenders, brokers, solicitors and estate agents.
* Dealing with enquiries by telephone and email.
* Completing tasks in compliance with legal requirements such as GDPR and anti-money laundering regulations.
* Any other duties as required by the business.
What you'll need:
* Customer service experience
* An eye for detail
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to manage time effectively
* Proficiency and experience of all Microsoft Office programmes
* Flexible and adaptable manner with plenty of initiative
Full training and support upon joining.
