We are currently looking for a Member Experience Executive to join our Member Services Team and be part of our continuing growth at our Head Office in Wootton
The Member Services Team are responsible for the registration and renewal of all Copart Members,to be able to bid and buy in our UK and Ireland auctions new Members must complete the registration process and then, annually, need to renew their membership.
The Member Services Team are the first point of contact for current and new Members who have questions regarding registration, renewal, the website, bidding, buying, fees, collection/delivery, and all other questions connected with our business.
As the Member Experience Executive, you will be responsible for providing our Members and Copart with a best-in-class experience with us, ensuring we collaborate with all areas of the business to continually improve our service.
Using your Copart knowledge and working with teammates, recommending enhancements to our website and internal systems.
Working alongside the Member Experience Manager, to co-ordinate and submit Business Briefs to change and improve our service to our Members and our teammates.
Collaborating with the business to ensure we send timely and meaningful communications to our Members and find new ways to develop to keep us best-in-class.
