About the Role
Our client is looking for a Account Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships. You will manage a portfolio of existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a confident communicator with a proven ability to close deals and deliver exceptional service.
This is an active, client-facing role. You’ll spend time on-site visiting clients, discussing upcoming projects, and attending meetings for new tenders. If you prefer being out and about rather than tied to a desk, this role is a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring excellent service, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.

Identify and convert new business opportunities across the construction and facilities sectors.
*
Prepare tailored proposals and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
*
Collaborate with estimating, operations, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
*
Maintain accurate CRM records and report on key sales metrics.
About You
*
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within construction, facilities, or technical services.
*
Confident communicator who can quickly build rapport and close business.
*
Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.
*
Organised and proactive, capable of managing multiple client accounts.
*
Positive attitude with a strong desire to progress your career.
*
Full UK driving licence to travel to sites and client meetings as required.
